Paracord Paradise is a homemade jewelry business. My mind-wellness life coaching and my paracord weaving hobby are beautifully connected through the idea of intentional resilience: both invite people to slow down, focus on one step at a time, and create strength through patience and practice. In coaching, I help others untangle thoughts, build healthier patterns, and weave together habits that support balance and personal growth. In paracord weaving, each knot becomes a physical reminder of that same process — small, mindful actions coming together to form something strong, useful, and meaningful. Together, these passions reflect my belief that wellness is not built all at once, but carefully woven through daily choices, creativity, and self-awareness.

2. Eligibility and Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
3. Products
All products sold by Paracord Paradise are handmade in Bloemfontein, South Africa, and may show minor variations in color or weave. Because items are handmade, slight variations in colour, weave pattern, size, texture, and finish may occur. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final item.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Paracord Paradise. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing or product information, if the product is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using a reasonable method and timeframe.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed. Delivery fees, packaging charges, or other applicable costs will be shown before checkout where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed or dispatched, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
6. Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the estimated time stated on the website or communicated to you. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, or supply issues.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details supplied by you.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paracordparadise@aquinas.co.za with your order details and clear photos where possible. If the item is defective, unsafe, or not as described, you may have the right under South African law to a repair, replacement, or refund, including within the applicable statutory period.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for non-personalised, unused items returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval. Delivery or return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may not be refundable, and the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item where allowed by law.
Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, unless they are defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. Any cooling-off or cancellation rights required by South African electronic transaction laws will still apply where legally required, subject to any lawful exceptions.
Return Policy Summary
To make our policy easier to understand, here is a short summary: defective, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery; change-of-mind returns for non-personalised items may be accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in original condition; and custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. This summary is for convenience and does not reduce any rights you may have under South African law.
8. Care and Safety
Our jewelry should be handled with reasonable care. Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, excessive heat, or rough handling may affect the appearance or lifespan of the product. Some items may contain small parts and should be kept away from young children unless clearly stated as child-safe.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product names, logos, photographs, graphics, and designs, belongs to or is licensed to Paracord Paradise unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
